Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and Monvra when you use our website, planner and paid plans. We have kept them short and in plain language.

Last updated: November 3, 2026Effective: November 3, 2026

The short version

  • Monvra is an educational planning tool. It is not financial, investment, tax or legal advice.
  • Paid plans start with a free month. A card is required, and you are charged when the trial ends unless you cancel first.
  • You can cancel at any time and keep paid features until the end of the period you paid for.
  • Your plan data stays on your device. Back it up if it matters to you; we cannot recover it.
  • Use Monvra fairly, and do not try to break it or misuse the AI features.

1. The agreement

By using Monvra, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Monvra. “Monvra”, “we” and “us” mean the Monvra service and the founder who operates it as an individual based in Israel; Monvra is not yet a registered company. “You” means the person using the service.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use Monvra.

2. What Monvra is

Monvra is a monthly money-planning tool. You type in rough numbers for your income, bills, spending, debts and savings, and Monvra shows you a picture of your month, upcoming bills, what-if scenarios and suggested next steps. Paid plans add AI features that answer questions about the plan you entered.

Monvra does not connect to your bank, move money, hold funds, make payments on your behalf or provide credit.

3. Not financial advice

Everything in Monvra, including AI answers, guides, examples and suggested next steps, is general educational information. It is not personalised financial, investment, tax, legal or accounting advice, and it does not take into account your full circumstances.

  • We are not a licensed financial adviser, broker, bank or tax professional.
  • Monvra cannot predict returns, interest rates or market movements, and does not recommend specific investments or products.
  • Before making important money decisions, consider speaking to a licensed professional.
  • You are responsible for the decisions you make and for checking that the numbers you enter are accurate.

4. Your account

The free planner only needs an email address. Paid plans sign in with a link sent to your email, so keep your email account secure. You are responsible for everything that happens under your login. Tell us straight away at shneorhoota9@gmail.com if you think someone else has access.

You must give us accurate information and keep it up to date. One person per account; please do not share a paid login.

5. Plans and the free trial

Monvra offers a free planner and paid plans (currently Basic, Pro and Premium). The features and prices of each plan are shown on our plans page at the time you sign up. Features marked “planned” are not yet available and may change or be dropped.

Free trial

  • Each paid plan starts with a 1-month free trial. A valid payment method is required to start it.
  • You will not be charged during the trial. When the trial ends, your plan renews automatically at the price shown and your card is charged, unless you cancel before the trial ends.
  • We will email you a reminder before your trial ends.
  • One free trial per person. We may refuse or end a trial if we see abuse.

6. Billing and renewal

  • Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically each month until you cancel.
  • Prices are in US dollars unless shown otherwise, and exclude any taxes we are required to add, which will be shown at checkout.
  • Paid plans are sold through Paddle.com Market Ltd (“Paddle”), our merchant of record. Paddle is the seller of your subscription and handles checkout, payment and any applicable tax. By starting a paid plan you also accept Paddle’s checkout terms and authorise Paddle to charge your payment method on each renewal. Receipts and card charges will show Paddle’s name.
  • If a payment fails, we may retry it and, if it still fails, downgrade you to the free planner.
  • We may change prices. We will tell you by email at least 30 days before a price change affects you, and you can cancel before it takes effect.

7. Cancelling and refunds

  • You can cancel at any time from Billing → Manage or cancel in the app, or by emailing us.
  • When you cancel, you keep paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for, then move to the free planner. We do not charge again.
  • Because you can try every plan free for a month, payments are generally not refundable, and there are no refunds or credits for partial months.
  • We will refund you where the law requires it, and we may refund at our discretion if something went wrong on our side. Contact us if you think a charge is a mistake.

8. AI features

AI features (the AI coach, AI quick-add and the AI investing explainer) are available on certain paid plans. They generate answers using an artificial-intelligence model and the figures you choose to send. You understand that:

  • AI answers can be incomplete, out of date or wrong, and may not fit your situation. Always check important figures yourself.
  • AI answers are educational and are not advice (see section 3).
  • You should not type passwords, account numbers, ID numbers or other sensitive details into AI features.
  • Fair use applies. We may limit the number or size of AI requests to keep the service running for everyone, and we may suspend access for abuse.

9. Your data

The numbers and answers you type into Monvra are yours. Your plan is stored in your browser on your own device, not on our servers, as described in our Privacy Policy. That means:

  • If you clear your browser data, use another device or lose your device, your plan will be gone and we cannot recover it. Use the print or save option if you want a copy.
  • You give us permission to process the information you send us (such as your email and AI requests) in order to provide the service.

10. Acceptable use

Please use Monvra fairly. You agree not to:

  • Break the law or anyone else’s rights while using the service.
  • Try to access other people’s accounts or our systems without permission, or probe, scan or overload the service.
  • Copy, resell, scrape or reverse-engineer Monvra, or build a competing product from it.
  • Use automated tools to send AI requests, or use AI features to generate harmful, unlawful or deceptive content.
  • Use Monvra to give financial advice to others as if it were professional advice.

11. Our content

Monvra, including its design, text, graphics, guides, code and the Monvra name and logo, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. We give you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Monvra for your own personal money planning. Any feedback you send us can be used by us without obligation to you.

12. Availability and changes

We work hard to keep Monvra available, but it may be interrupted for maintenance, updates or reasons outside our control. We may add, change or remove features, including features marked “planned”, at any time. If we remove a feature that is a core part of your paid plan, you can cancel and we will refund any unused portion of your current month.

13. No warranty

Monvra is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no promises that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted or secure, or that any information, calculation or AI answer is accurate, complete or suitable for your purposes. Some places do not allow these exclusions, so some may not apply to you.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Monvra and its owners, staff and suppliers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost money, lost savings, lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of Monvra or from any decision you make based on it.

Our total liability to you for any claim relating to Monvra is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or US $50, whichever is greater.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud, or your statutory consumer rights where you live.

15. Ending the agreement

You can stop using Monvra at any time, and clear your data from Settings. We may suspend or close your account if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, if we must for legal reasons, or if we stop offering the service. If we close your account for a reason that is not your fault, we will refund any unused portion of a paid month. Sections 3, 9, 11, 13, 14 and 16 continue to apply after the agreement ends.

16. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Israel, and any disputes will be handled in the courts of Tel Aviv, Israel, unless the consumer law where you live gives you the right to use your local courts. Before going to court, please contact us first; most issues can be sorted out quickly.

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. These terms, with the Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between you and us about Monvra.
